In Memory of
Donnie McCormick
1944-2009

We have lost yet another friend, brother and an American music pioneer. Donnie McCormick, a founding member of the legendary band Eric Quincy Tate has died after losing an ongoing battle with cancer.

Donnie is the second member of Eric Quincy Tate to die in just a few months. Preceding Donnie was Wayne "Bear" Sauls on November 26, 2008.

Donnie was an innovator, a tremendous vocalist, drummer, songwriter, entertainer and artist. Anyone who ever saw and heard Donnie perform would not forget him. His life was devoted to his music and the pleasing his audience.

Donnie was an inspiration and influence to all of us who were fortunate enough to have known him. We will miss him.
